摘要
目的探讨住院酒精依赖患者预后状况及其影响因素。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月我院收治的住院酒精依赖患者150例作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、查阅病历的方式,收集相关信息,对纳入信息进行单因素分析与多因素logistic回归分析,确定影响住院酒精依赖患者预后状况的独立危险因素。结果150例住院酒精依赖患者中69例出现复饮。单因素分析显示,婚姻状况、受教育年限、职业、饮酒时间、日饮酒量、饮酒方式、饮酒原因、人格特征、生活事件、社会支持程度、焦虑及抑郁程度为影响住院酒精依赖患者预后状况的相关因素(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,人格特征、生活事件、社会支持程度、焦虑与抑郁程度是影响住院酒精依赖患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论影响住院酒精依赖患者预后危险因素较多,医护人员应重视酒精依赖患者心理健康教育工作,充分了解造成其产生酒精依赖的根本原因,对因施护,加强社会支持程度,改善其预后状况。
Objective To explore the prognosis and influencing factors of inpatients with alcohol dependence.Methods To select 150 cases of inpatient with alcohol dependence admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as the study objects.Through questionnaire surveys and medical records,relevant information was collected,and single-factor analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were performed on the included information to determine the independent risk factors that affected the prognosis of inpatients with alcohol dependence.Results In 150 cases of inpatients with alcohol dependence,there were 69 cases of re-drinking.Univariate analysis showed that the marital status,education level,occupation,drinking time,daily alcohol consumption,drinking style,drinking reasons,personality characteristics,living events,degree of social support,anxiety and depression were the related factors affecting the prognosis of inpatients with alcohol dependence(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the personality characteristics,living events,degree of social support,anxiety and depression were the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of inpatients with alcohol dependence(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many risk factors that affected the prognosis of inpatients with alcohol dependence.Medical staff should pay attention to the mental health education of patients with alcohol dependence,fully understand the root causes of alcohol dependence,provide care for them,strengthen social support,and improve their prognosis.
