摘要
壳寡糖是一种由2~10个氨基葡萄糖经β-1,4糖苷键连接而成的寡糖聚合物,可以通过物理法、化学法和生物法降解壳聚糖或几丁质制备获得。与壳聚糖相比,壳寡糖分子量低,水溶性好,安全无毒,可被机体吸收利用。此外,壳寡糖还表现出多种生物学活性,如调节机体免疫力,改善肠道健康,抑制炎症,提高抗氧化能力等,现已在医药及农业等多个领域被广泛研究和应用。文章对壳寡糖在母猪、仔猪和肥育猪中的研究与应用进行综述,并对目前存在的问题及未来的研究方向进行讨论,以期为壳寡糖在生猪健康养殖中的应用推广提供理论支撑。
Chitosan oligosaccharide is a kind of oligosaccharide polymer,which is composed of 2-10 glucosamine linked byβ-1,4 glycoside bonds.It can be obtained by physical,chemical and biological degradation of chitosan or chitin.Compared with chitosan,chitosan oligosaccharide has low molecular weight,good water solubility,safety and nontoxicity,and can be absorbed and utilized by animals.In addition,chitosan oligosaccharide also exhibit a variety of biological activities,such as regulating immunity,improving intestinal health,inhibiting inflammation,improving antioxidant capacity,etc.,which have been widely studied and applied in many fields such as medicine and agriculture.In this study,the research and application of chitosan oligosaccharide in sows,piglets and growing pigs were reviewed,and the existing problems and future research directions are discussed,which will provide theoretical support for the application and promotion of chitosan oligosaccharide in healthy pig breeding.
