不同播期施用双孢蘑菇菌渣对糯玉米氨基酸含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Sowing Dates on Amino Acid Content of Jinnuo 20 Mature Grains with Appli⁃cation of Agaricus bisporus Residue

摘要 在施用菌渣条件下,以糯玉米晋糯20为试验材料,设置5个播期,研究不同播期对晋糯20成熟籽粒氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明:不同播期对晋糯20成熟籽粒精氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸含量无显著影响,对天门冬氨酸、赖氨酸、酪氨酸、总氨基酸含量有显著影响。随着播期的推迟,天门冬氨酸、赖氨酸含量逐渐降低,其中B5播期显著低于其他播期。酪氨酸、总氨基酸含量先降低后升高,其中B4播期酪氨酸含量显著低于B1播期,B4播期总氨基酸含量显著低于其他播期。在山西中晚熟地区,适当提前播期有利于糯玉米籽粒酪氨酸含量的提高,推迟播期不利于赖氨酸含量的提高。 The effects of five sowing dates on amino acid content in mature grains of Jinnuo 20 were studied with ap⁃plication of Agaricus bisporus residue.The results showed that different sowing dates had no significant effect on the content of arginine,glycine,and alanine,but on aspartic acid,lysine,tyrosine and the total amino acid content had a significant effect.With the delay of sowing date,the content of aspartic acid and lysine gradually decreased,and the sowing date of B5 was significantly lower than that of other sowing dates.The content of tyrosine and total amino acids decreased first and then increased.The tyrosine content of mature glutinous grains in B4 sowing period was signifi⁃cantly lower than that in B1 sowing period,and the total amino acid content in B4 sowing period was significantly lower than that in other sowing periods.In the middle and late ripening areas in Shanxi,proper early sowing period is conducive to increasing the tyrosine content of waxy corn grains,and delaying sowing period is not conducive to the increase of lysine content.
