摘要
三螺旋协同创新能够释放校政企资源活力且深度合作,实现1+1≥2的协同效应。政府以政策链为协同育人创造办学环境和产业环境,高校的知识链与产业链深度融合,共同培养应用型人才,产业学院应运而生。通过对产业学院协同的可能性和运行管理模式进行三螺旋理论分析,提出进一步完善协同创新组织制度、利益分配制度和多元评价制度,实现校政企协同创新的共赢局面。
The triple helix collaborative innovation can release the vitality of university,government and enterprise resources and deepen their collaboration,and achieve synergistic effect of 1+1≥2.The government creates a school running environment and an industrial environment for collaborative education with the policy chain on which the knowledge chain and the industrial chain are deeply integrated to jointly train applied talents.In this context was the industrial college born.The results of the analysis based on the triple helix theory,of the possibility,and operation and management mode of the collaboration of the industrial college indicate that systems of organization,benefit distribution,and multiple evaluation of the collaborative innovation should be further improved to achieve the win-win situation of collaborative innovation among the university,the government and the enterprise.
