隐身弹丸的弹底托分离技术设计

摘要 为了实现弹丸对炮位侦察校射雷达隐身,以达到提高炮兵战场生存能力的目的,研究了外形隐身技术和材料隐身技术。针对弹丸表面2条铜弹带和闭气环槽的雷达波散射较强,不符合外形隐身设计规范的问题,研究设计了弹底托,将弹底托与隐身弹体之间用铝制螺栓连接。隐身弹丸发射出炮口后,弹底托迅速脱离弹丸,从而实现弹丸外形隐身。基于弹底托结构设计了全隐身弹丸、全膛半隐身弹丸、有船尾的全膛半隐身弹丸,并进行了试验验证,用以检验弹底托分离的性能以及隐身弹丸对雷达的隐身效果。试验结果表明:弹底托能够迅速、可靠地完成分离动作,保证了全隐身弹丸和全膛半隐身弹丸的隐身性能;带有铜弹带和闭气环槽的有船尾的全膛半隐身弹丸的隐身性能不佳。 In order to get the purpose that projectile is stealthy for artillery fire finder radar,and increase the existence capability of artillery in war,the technology of shapely stealth and radio material stealth powerfully were studied.The two copper-bands and gas-tight ring groove scatter microwave powerfully,so they don’t accord with stealthy design standard.Aiming at this problem,the sabot was researched and designed,and the sabot and stealthy projectile body were connected by an aluminum screw bolt.As stealthy projectile is projected and pass muzzle,the sabot is separated,and the projectile gets shapely stealthy performance.Based on the sabot structure,the full-stealthy projectile,full-caliber half-stealthy projectile and the full-caliber half-stealth projectile with boat tail were designed,and the experiment was carried out to check the sabot separating performance and stealthy performance of them.The experiment results show that the sabot can separate quickly and reliably from stealthy projectile,so the full-stealthy projectile and full-caliber half-stealthy projectile get stealthy performance.Due to the two copper-bands and gas-tight ring groove scattering microwave,the stealthy performance of full-caliber half-stealth projectile with boat tail is poor.
