摘要
目的探析护理干预应用于PICC置管术的临床价值。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月在本院行经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉(peripherally inserted central venous catheters,PICC)置管术的60例患者用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=30)实施常规置管护理,观察组(n=30)实施护理干预措施,比较置管成功率、并发症及不良事件发生率以及护理前后患者焦虑情绪严重程度。结果观察组的置管成功率为100%,与对照组的80.00%对比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.237> 0.05);观察组的并发症及不良事件发生率为3.33%,与对照组的26.67%相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.257> 0.05);护理后,两组患者的焦虑情绪评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对PICC置管术患者实施护理干预可提高置管成功率,降低并发症及不良事件发生率,同时可缓解患者的不良情绪,有益于患者的身心健康,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of nursing intervention in PICC catheterization.Methods Sixty patients who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)received routine care,and the observation group(n=30)received implement routine care+nursing interventions.The success rate of catheterization,the incidence of complications,and the severity of anxiety were compared.Results The success rate of tube placement in the observation group was 100%,compared with 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.237>0.05);the incidence of complications and adverse events in the observation group was 3.33%,compared with that in the control group Compared with 26.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.257>0.05);the anxiety scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before the nursing,and the anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly smaller than the control group,and there were significantdifferences(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with PICC catheterization can improve the success rate of catheterization,and the incidence of complications is lower.At the same time,it can alleviate the patients'bad mood and benefit the patients'physical and mental health.It is worthy of popularization and application.
