轴向磁通电机中Halbach阵列永磁体的解析优化方法 被引量:7

摘要 为了进一步增大采用软磁复合材料铁心的轴向磁通永磁电机的电磁转矩,针对其不等宽的两段式Halbach阵列永磁体进行解析优化,利用无槽2D等效模型和有槽气隙相对磁导率解析了气隙磁场和电磁性能;进而基于电磁转矩的导数和复化求积公式推导了使电磁转矩最大化的Halbach阵列最优轴向充磁系数的表达式;采用轴向磁通永磁电机的3D有限元方法分析验证了气隙磁场、反电动势、电磁转矩以及Halbach阵列最优轴向充磁系数的解析解的准确性。Halbach阵列解析优化的结果表明:当轴向充磁系数为0.82时,轴向磁通永磁电机的电磁转矩达到最大;最优轴向充磁系数取决于极对数、永磁体厚度、电机径向尺寸和气隙宽度等;当极对数为5时,最优轴向充磁系数会随着永磁体厚度的增加而减小,而电机径向尺寸的增加会导致最优轴向充磁系数的增大;气隙宽度对最优轴向充磁系数的影响较小,基本可以忽略。 To further increase the electromagnetic torque of the axial flux permanent magnet(AFPM)motor using the soft magnetic composite cores,this paper performs analytical optimization for the two-segment Halbach array of permanent magnets with unequal width.The air-gap magnetic field and electromagnetic performance are calculated by using the slotless 2D equivalent model and the relative permeability of the slotted air gap.Based on the derivative of electromagnetic torque and the composite integration rule,the expression for the optimal pole-arc coefficient of the axial magnetization segment to maximize the electromagnetic torque is derived.The accuracy of the analytical solutions of the air-gap magnetic field,back electromotive force,electromagnetic torque,and optimal pole-arc coefficient of the Halbach array is verified by a 3D finite element analysis of an AFPM motor.The analytical optimization results of the Halbach array show that:when the pole-arc coefficient is 0.82,the electromagnetic torque of the AFPM motor reaches the maximum;the optimal pole-arc coefficient depends on the number of pole pairs,the permanent magnet thickness,the radial size of motor,and the width of air gap,etc.When the number of pole pairs is 5,the optimal pole-arc coefficient decreases with the increase of the permanent magnet thickness,and the rise in the motor radial size results in the increase of the optimal pole-arc coefficient.The impact of the width of air gap on the optimal pole-arc coefficient is small enough and can be ignored in applications.
