摘要
在逆流旋转填料床中用水吸收挥发性有机化合物异丙醇气体,考察了超重力因子(β)、空床气速(u)、液体喷淋密度(q)、异丙醇气体进口体积分数等操作参数对异丙醇气相总体积传质系数(K(Ga))和吸收率(E)的影响。结果表明,异丙醇气体的KGa随着β、u和q的增大而增大,且异丙醇气体进口体积分数对K(Ga)、E的影响较小;E随着β、q的增大而增大,但随着u的增大而降低。在β=60、u=0.9 m/s、q=15.92 m^3/(m^2·h)、异丙醇进口体积分数为10 000μL/L时,吸收率为96%,K(Ga)达21.7 s^-1,是板填料式逆流RPB的2.1~3.2倍,是板填料式错流RPB的4~6.2倍,表明逆流旋转填料床可有效强化吸收异丙醇气体。
Isopropanol gas is adsorbed by water in a countercurrent rotating packed bed(RPB).The effects of operating parameters on the total volumetric mass transfer coefficient K G a and absorption rate E of isopropanol gas are explored,including high-gravity factorβ,empty bed gas velocity u,liquid spray density q and isopropanol gas inlet concentration.It is found that K G a value increases with the increases ofβ,u and q.Isopropanol gas inlet concentration has small impact on K G a and E.Absorption rate E will increases asβand q increase,but decrease as u increases.Under the conditions thatβ=60,u=0.9 m·s^-1,q=15.92 m ^3/(m 2·h)and the inlet concentration of isopropyl alcohol is 10000 ppm,the absorption rate of isopropyl alcohol can reach 97%,K G a value reaches 21.7 s^-1,which is 2.1-3.2 times that in a countercurrent RPB with blade packing,4-6.2 times that in a cross-flow RPB with blade packing.It illustrates that countercurrent RPB can effectively enhance the mass transfer process when absorbing isopropanol gas.
