摘要
针对传统2A12铝合金内部相沿晶界易腐蚀,以及铝合金表面存在的孔洞问题,提出采用硬质阳极氧化工艺方法进行处理来改善其性能。在构建工艺实验方案与实验装置的前提下,探讨了单一酸、混合酸,以及不同工艺参数等对2A12铝合金性能的影响。结果表明,混合酸体系下得到的氧化膜在粗糙度、厚度和硬度方面,都要优于单一酸体系;同时在工艺参数为占空比控制在50%,或电流密度为3A/dm^2,或控制电源频率在50Hz的情况下,得到的氧化膜粗糙度、厚度和硬度最佳。
In view of the corrosion of traditional 2 A12 aluminum alloy along the grain boundary and the holes on the surface of the aluminum al-loy,a hard anodizing process is proposed to improve its performance.On the premise of constructing the process experimental scheme and experimen-tal device,the effects of single acid,mixed acid and different process parameters on the properties of 2 A12 aluminum alloy are discussed.The results show that the roughness,thickness and hardness of the oxide film obtained in the mixed acid system are better than the one obtained in the single acid system.The roughness,thickness and hardness of the oxide film will be the best when the duty cycle is 50%,or the current density is 3 A/dm^2,or the power frequency is 50 Hz.
