摘要
对于企业的发展与生存来说,人力资源是发展核心。人力资源培训与开发合理与否、有效与否关系的是企业员工最后的工作效率与经济效益能力,这对实现企业员工共赢具有现实意义,是提高企业核心竞争力的关键。对此,论文以国企为例,分析国企人力资源培训和开发情况,着眼于国企培训开发的问题,站在理念、氛围、力度角度提出改进对策和建议,旨在为国企人资的储备和人才培训提供参考与支持。
For the development and survival of enterprises,human resources are the core of development.Whether the human resources training and development are reasonable or effective is related to the employees'final working efficiency and economic benefit ability,which is of practical significance to realize the win-win situation of enterprises and employees and the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes state-owned enterprises as an example,analyzes the training and development situation of human resources in state-owned enterprises,focuses on the problems in training and development of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward improvement countermeasures and suggestions from the angles of concept,atmosphere and strength,aiming at providing reference and support for the reserve of human resources and personnel training in state-owned enterprises.
