油田采出水结垢趋势及工艺优化技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对留17水处理站目前处理水质无法满足断块注水水质要求的问题,利用ScaleChem结垢预测软件对注水井筒和采出水处理设备中的结垢量进行了预测,结果表明采出水与浅层地下水混配后井筒底部的CaCO3结垢量为488 mg/L,BaSO4结垢量为154 mg/L。对4种阻垢剂进行了室内筛选,发现当EDTMPS与PASP以2∶1质量比进行复配,添加总质量浓度为40 mg/L时,阻垢效果较好。对絮凝剂的添加方式进行了优化调整,当PAC与CPAM的质量浓度分别为70 mg/L和1 mg/L时,搅拌时间和加药间隔分别为5 min和30 s时,处理后采出水透光率最高。最后通过药剂筛选和工艺优化,出水水质达到SY/T 5329中的推荐水质指标,岩心渗透率下降幅度为21.7%,处理后采出水可以进行回注。 Aiming at the problem that the water quality from Liu17 water treatment station cannot meet injection water quality requirement for fault block,ScaleChem software was used to predict the scale in the injection wellbore and produced water treatment equipment.The results showed that after mixing the produced water with the shallow groundwater,the scaling amount of CaCO3 at the bottom of the wellbore was 488 mg/L,and the scaling amount of BaSO4 was 154 mg/L.Through laboratory tests,four scale inhibitors were screened and evaluated.When EDTMPS:PASP=2:1,and the mass concentration was 40 mg/L,the scale inhibition effect was better.The flocculant adding method was optimized and adjusted.When the mass concentrations of PAC and CPAM were 70 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively,the stirring time and dosing interval were 5 min and 30 s respectively,the light transmittance of the treated water was the highest.Through agent screening and process optimization,the effluent water quality reached the recommended water quality index of SY/T 5329-2012,and the core permeability decreased by 21.7%,the treated water could be used for injection.
