摘要
越来越多的中学生在学习之余加入了学校的体育组织或社团,社团组织活动给他们的课余生活带来了丰富的体验,使他们可以获得如身体素质、体育技术、体育技能的锻炼。本文结合当前中学体育社团组织管理和运行中存在的实际问题,以广东省茂名市茂南区为例进行了研究,以期找到中学体育组织或社团管理和运行高效的途径。
More and more middle school students have joined the school's sports organizations or clubs after studying.The activities organized by clubs have brought a rich experience to their after-school life,so that they can obtain physical fitness,sports skills,and sports skills.This article combines the actual problems existing in the management and operation of the current middle school sports organizations,taking Maonan District,Maoming City,Guangdong Province as an example,to find a way to efficiently manage and operate the middle school sports organizations or organizations.
