摘要
从眼子菜中提取多糖,并优选最佳提取工艺条件。在单因素实验基础上,优选了料液比、提取温度、提取时间、NaOH浓度4个因素进行响应面设计,以多糖提取率为指标。最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶53g/mL,提取温度为81℃,提取时间为1.6h,NaOH浓度为0.20%。最佳工艺条件下提取率为16.91%。该研究提取工艺简单,提取效率高,易于推广应用。
Polysaccharides are extracted from Pondweed,and the extraction process conditions were optimized using polysaccharide extraction rate as the indicator. Based on the single factor experiment,the response surface design was used. Material-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,and sodium hydroxide concentration were selected as four factors. The optimal extraction process conditions are :material-liquid ratio 1∶53 g/mL,extraction temperature 81℃,extraction time 1.6 h,and sodium hydroxide concentration 0.20%. The extraction rate is 16.91% under the above conditions. The extraction process is simple,high extraction rate and easy to be applied.
