摘要
文章采用网站调查法和文献研究法,以国外专题档案网站的建设经验为基础,通过调研国内专题数字档案馆建设状况,结合我国抗疫实践及国内外案例,从建设主体、建设内容、建设方式和建设效果四个方面提出新冠疫情专题数字档案馆的具体建设策略——档案部门主导,构建多主体协同共建机制;以官方资源为主体,兼具民间资源为补充;善用技术,对抗疫档案资源进行可视化展示;优化用户体验,提供人性化特色档案服务。
This paper adopts the method of website investigation and literature research,based on the construction experience of foreign special archives websites.By investigating the construction situation of special digital archives in China,combining with the anti-epidemic practice in China and domestic and foreign cases,this paper puts forward the concrete construction strategies of special digital archives in COVID-19 from four aspects:the archives department taking the lead and constructing a multi-agent cooperative co-construction mechanism;Taking official resources as the main body and supplemented by folk resources;Making good use of technology to visually display anti-epidemic archives resources;Optimizing the user experience and providing humanized archives service.
