摘要
在市场化议价模式薪酬管理下,如何体现绩效、科学确定薪酬成为人力资源管理难题。对医院36个医疗辅助岗位进行了岗位评价,岗位评价经过岗位分析、模型建立、独立评价、结果分析,得出岗位职级,重新制定薪酬方案,避免薪酬确定的盲目、随意性,调动员工工作积极性。同时简化了岗位评估方法,在保证科学性的基础上提高可操作性。
It is a challenge to determine salary of employee in the market-based bargaining model of salary management by taking performance of employee at the same time.36 auxiliary medical positions in a hospital were evaluated.Through analyzing job position,model establishment,independent evaluation and result analysis,the ranks of these positions were got.In practice,the salary scheme was reformulated.The method applied in the paper might avoid blindness and arbitrariness in salary determination and mobilize the staff’s working enthusiasm while it was easy to perform in practice.
