摘要
本文研究了山茶油饮食文化开发对我国油茶产业发展的影响,分析了我国山茶油饮食文化与油茶产业的发展现状,围绕山茶油饮食文化活动、油茶产业从业人员、油茶产业发展合作模式、油茶加工技术四方面研究山茶油饮食文化开发对我国油茶产业发展的影响,并提出挖掘山茶油活性成分、开发油茶优势品种与机械化采摘、推动油茶产业规模化和标准化、增加油茶产业科研投入、加强山茶油宣传力度和促进油茶深加工六条建议,旨在为我国油茶产业健康发展提供指导。
This paper studied the influence of the diet culture exploitation of camellia oil on the development of Camellia oleifera industry in China,and analyzed the diet culture of camellia oil and the development status of Camellia oleifera industry in China.The influences of the diet culture exploitation of camellia oil on Camellia oleifera industry in China were summarized from four aspects,which were the diet cultural activities of camellia oil,the practitioners of Camellia oleifera industry,the development cooperation model of Camellia oleifera industry and the Camellia oleifera processing technology.Six suggestions were put forward,which were excavating active ingredients of camellia oil,developing advantageous varieties of Camellia oleifera and mechanized picking,promoting the scale and standardization of Camellia oleifera industry,increasing the research investment of Camellia oleifera industry,increasing the propaganda of camellia oil and developing the deep processing of Camellia oleifera,in order to provide guidance for the healthy development of Camellia oleifera indus try in China.
