连铸结晶器钢水液面波动原因分析及控制措施

摘要 本文从结晶器钢水液面波动对生产的影响着手,系统分析了影响结晶器钢水液面波动的原因,提出了夹杂物控制、结晶器流场控制、专用保护渣、冷却控制、拉速控制等措施并在生产中进行实践,对提高铸坯质量、减少漏钢事故等方面取得了良好的效果. Since liquid steel level fluctuation in continuous casting mold influences production,the reasons to cause the liquid steel level fluctuation in continuous casting mold are analyzed systematically,the control measures of inclusions,flow filed of liquid steel in mold,special protection slag,billet cooling,billet drawing speed and so on are put forward and put into use so that good results in improving billet quality and reducing liquid steel leakage accidents are achieved.
