摘要
目的探讨CBL教学法在“抗菌药物临床合理应用”教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析锦州医科大学药学院2014级和2015级药学专业学生“抗菌药物临床合理应用”这门课程的理论课成绩(由基础知识成绩和病例分析成绩组成)及学生教学满意度调查结果。对照组教师采用传统教学法教学(2014级学生,n=64);CBL组采用CBL教学法(2015级学生,n=71)。结果CBL组学生的病例分析平均分(29.70±4.05)分,对照组平均分(27.80±3.60)分,P<0.01;CBL组学生基础知识成绩平均分(46.45±4.09)分,对照组平均分(39.49±3.12)分,P<0.001。与对照组相比,CBL组学生的教学满意度得到提升,其中对课程感兴趣程度、认为课程的内容具有实践导向性、认为课程结构设置良好达到90%以上(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法在“抗菌药物临床使用合理应用”课程教学中能够提升学生的理论课成绩,激发学生学习兴趣,为药学学生的临床实践提供理论技术支持。
Objective To explore the effect of CBL teaching method in the teaching of“rational clinical application of antimicrobials”.Methods The results of theoretical course(composed of basic knowledge and case analysis)and teaching satisfaction of students majoring in antibacterial drugs in grade 2014 and grade 2015 of Pharmacy College of Jinzhou Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.The control group was treated with traditional teaching method(grade 2014,n=64);CBL group was treated with CBL teaching method(grade 2015,n=71).Results The average score of case analysis was(29.70±4.05)in CBL group and(27.80±3.60)in control group(P<0.01).The average score of basic theoretical knowledge assessment(46.45±4.09)in CBL group and(39.49±3.12)in control group(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the teaching satisfaction of the students in the CBL group was improved.Among them,the degree of interest in the curriculum,that the contents of the course were practice-oriented,that the course structure is good is more than 90%(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest CBL teaching method provided learning benefits for the theoretical achievements,stimulate the learning interest and provide theoretical and technical support for the clinical practice of pharmaceutical students in the course of“rational use of antimicrobials in clinical use”.
