摘要
目的了解2017年盐业改革前后景宁县居民碘营养水平,为进一步加强地方病防治提供科学依据。方法2016-2018年,按照东、西、南、北、中地理位置,在景宁县所辖范围内每年抽取5个街道,每个街道抽取42名8~10岁学生、21名孕妇及50名成年居民,监测其随机尿中碘含量及日常食用盐中盐碘含量,并对结果进行分析。结果2016-2018年景宁县居民食用盐碘含量中位数分别为22.50 mg/kg、22.84 mg/kg、22.60 mg/kg,各年间居民食用盐碘含量水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。8~10岁学生尿碘中位数分别为195.32μg/L、199.46μg/L、182.54μg/L,2018年学生尿碘水平相比于2016年、2017年有所下降(P<0.05);孕妇尿碘中位数分别为169.87μg/L、154.07μg/L、151.01μg/L,2017年与2016年比孕妇尿碘水平有所下降(P<0.05);成年居民尿碘中位数分别为183.81μg/L、168.14μg/L、193.01μg/L,各年间成年居民尿碘存在波动但总体稳定。结论2017年盐业改革对景宁县居民碘营养水平影响较低,景宁县居民碘营养水平总体适宜,但孕妇碘营养水平处于较低范围,应增强健康教育。
Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition level of residents in Jingning County before and after the salt industry reform,and to provide a scientific basis for the future prevention and control of endemic diseases.Methods In 2016-2018,5 streets were selected from east,west,south and north of Jingning County every year.And in each street,42 children aged 8~10,21 pregnant women and 50 adult residents were selected to monitor the iodine content in random urine and daily edible salt.The results were analyzed.Results The median iodine content of edible salt in Jingning from 2016 to 2018 was 22.50 mg/kg,22.84 mg/kg and 22.60 mg/kg,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in terms of iodine content of edible salt in each year(P>0.05).The median urinary iodine of children aged 8~10 years old was 195.32μg/L,199.46μg/L and 182.54μg/L,respectively.And the urinary iodine level of children in 2018 decreased compared with that in 2016 and 2017(P<0.05).The median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 169.87μg/L,154.07μg/L and 151.01μg/L,respectively.And the iodine level of women in 2017 was lower than that in 2016(P<0.05).The median urinary iodine of adult residents was 183.81μg/L,168.14μg/L and 193.01μg/L,respectively.The urinary iodine level of adult residents fluctuated but was generally stable throughout the years.Conclusion The salt industry reform in 2017 has a low impact on the iodine nutrition level of residents in Jingning.The iodine nutrition level is generally appropriate,but that of pregnant women is relatively low.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the health education.
