摘要
巴东是一个历史悠久的产茶县,一直以来以绿茶生产为主,茶产品结构单一。2018年巴东成功引进正山堂茶业开展地企合作模式共同开发"巴东红"品牌。两年来,在合理开发野茶资源、推动"绿改红"、打造标准化生产体系、品牌建设与市场培育等方面取得初步成效,巴东红在逐步兴起和发展的同时,引领和带动巴东红茶产业的发展,也为当地茶农的脱贫致富做出重要贡献。这种龙头企业对口帮扶落后产茶县的地企合作模式也已成为茶产业助力决战决胜脱贫攻坚的典型代表,是茶产业"先富带后富,共同富裕"的典范,也为其他产茶县继续脱贫攻坚、防止返贫提供了参考和借鉴。
Badong County is a tea-producing county with a long history.The Badong tea industry has always been dominated by green tea production,the structure of tea products is single.In 2018,Badong County successfully introduced Zhengshantang Tea Industry to carry out the government-enterprise cooperation model to develop the"Badong Black Tea" brand.In the past two years,achievement have been reached in terms of rationally developing wild tea resources,promoting the trend of "green tea to black tea",building standardized production system and brand construction,and market cultivation.While Badong Black Tea is gradually rising and developing,it leads and promoted the development of the Badong black tea industry,and has also made important contributions to local tea farmers’ poverty alleviation and prosperity.This type of local government-enterprise cooperation model has also become a typical representative of the tea industry in helping poverty alleviation.It is a model of the tea industry"prior prosperity bring along to achieve the common prosperity".It also provides reference in continuing to alleviate poverty and prevent repoverty for other tea-production county.
