基于均匀设计的复合功能织物的性能优化

摘要 为提高远红外涤纶/木棉/棉纤维混纺织物的抗静电、抗菌和保暖性能,采用石墨烯/水性PU整理剂对混纺织物进行浸轧整理,制备复合功能织物,并通过均匀设计试验对复合功能织物的性能进行优化,得到最优浸轧整理工艺参数,同时对混纺织物和复合功能织物的基本服用性能进行比较。结果表明复合功能织物的表面电阻最低为132 MΩ,抑菌率最低为91.74%,克罗值最低为2.86℃·m^2/W,可见其抗静电性能达到了B级的技术要求,抗菌和保暖性能也较好;水性PU质量分数与石墨烯浓度对织物功能性的影响都较大,且最优浸轧整理工艺参数为浸渍时间60 min、浸渍温度70℃、水性PU质量分数5.0%、石墨烯浓度0.8 mg/mL。 In order to improve the anti-static property,anti-bacterial property and thermal retention of far infrared polyester/kapok/cotton blended fabric,the blended fabric was treated through dip rolling by using graphene/waterborne PU finishing agent,and the composite functional fabric was prepared.The properties of composite functional fabric were optimized by uniform design test,and the optimal process parameters of dip rolling were obtained.Meanwhile,the basic wearability of blended fabric and that of composite functional fabric were compared.The results showed that the minimum surface resistance of composite functional facric was 132 MΩ,the minimum bacterial inhibition rate was 91.74%,and the minimum CLO value was 2.86℃·m^2/W,which showed that its anti-static property reached the tecnical requirments of grade B,and the anti-bacterial property and thermal retention were also good.Both the mass fraction of waterborne PU and the concentration of graphene had a great influence on the functional properties of fabric,and the optimal process parameters of dip rolling were that dip time was 60 min,dip temperature was 70℃,the mass fraction of waterborne PU was 5.0%and the concentration of graphene was 0.8 mg/mL.
