离心泵双弯合流管圆弧隧道抽芯机构注塑模设计 被引量:11

Design of the Injection Mould with the Circular Arc and the Tunnel Core Pulling Mechanisms of the Double Bend Combined Pipe of the Centrifugal Pump

摘要 针对离心泵双弯合流管结构复杂、模具设计困难问题,设计了一种一模一腔热流道模用于其注射成型,模具为两次开模结构形式两板模,第一次开模用于定模内的肘斜管内外壁两次先抽芯脱模;第二次用于主体弯管外壁的直开脱模、及内壁的抽芯脱模。模具使用了3个特殊的脱模机构来解决塑件难脱模部位的成型与脱模,3个机构分别为:用于塑件主体弯管脱模的直管型芯油缸长距离抽芯机构和90°圆弧弯管抽芯机构;用于肘斜管内外壁脱模的定模隧道抽芯机构。直管型芯油缸长距离抽芯机构和90°圆弧弯管抽芯机构为两个油缸抽芯机构,解决了塑件主体圆弧弯管内壁脱模困难问题。肘斜管内外壁定模隧道抽芯机构解决了塑件附加弯管特征内、外壁脱模困难问题。肘斜管内外壁定模隧道抽芯机构中,通过模具模板的打开驱动机构零件实现肘斜管内、外壁的两次顺序抽芯,以及3次变向抽芯动作,保证肘斜管内、外壁的可靠抽芯脱模,有效地降低了模具结构设计难度和制造成本。 Aiming at the complicated structure of the double bend confluent tube of centrifugal pump and the difficult problem of mold design,a hot runner mold with one mold and one cavity was designed for the two way die opening structure with two die plates.The first opening die was used for the inner and outer wall of the elbow inclined tube in the fixed die drawing and stripping twice.The mould was used for the straight opening and demoulding of the main pipe bending wall and the core pulling and demoulding of the inner wall for the second time.Three special demoulding mechanisms were used in the mold to solve the molding and demoulding parts,which were difficult to demould.The three mechanisms were that the long-distance core pulling mechanism of straight core cylinder and 90°arc elbow core pulling mechanism for the main bend demoulding of plastic parts,and the core pulling mechanism of fixed mold tunnel for the internal and external wall demoulding of elbow inclined pipe.The long-distance core pulling mechanism of straight tube core cylinder and the core pulling mechanism of 90°arc bend were two cylinder core pulling mechanisms,which could solve the problem of demoulding the inner wall of the main arc bend of the plastic part.The core pulling mechanism of the tunnel with fixed mould on the inner and outer wall of the elbow inclined pipe could solve the problem of demoulding the inner and outer wall of the additional bend feature of the plastic part.In the fixed mold tunnel core pulling mechanism of the inner and outer wall of the elbow inclined tube,the opening of the mold template could drive the parts of the mechanism to realize two times of sequential core pulling of the inner and outer wall of the elbow inclined tube,and three times of variable direction core pulling action.It could ensure the reliable core pulling and demoulding of the inner and outer wall of the elbow inclined tube,effectively reducing the difficulty of the mold structure design and the mold manufacturing cost.
