空心玻璃微珠填充无卤玻璃纤维增强阻燃PA66性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机挤出工艺制备了空心玻璃微珠(HGM)填充红磷体系25%玻璃纤维(GF)增强无卤阻燃聚酰胺(PA)66复合材料,重点考察了HGM对复合材料物理性能、力学性能、电气性能、热性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,添加HGM能有效改善PA66/GF25/HGM复合材料的尺寸稳定性、热稳定性、燃烧氧指数、灼热丝起燃温度(GWIT)、漏电起痕指数(CTI);HGM的最佳添加量在8%左右,此时HGM的引入能够有效降低复合材料的密度和介电常数,且对材料的冲击性能影响很小;HGM的粒径越小、压缩强度越高,复合材料的力学性能越好,降低密度和介电常数的效果越明显。 Hollow glass microspheres(HGM)filled red phosphorus system 25%glass fiber reinforced halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide(PA)66 composites was prepared by the twin-screw extruder extrusion process,the influence of HGM on the physical properties,mechanical properties,electrical properties,thermal properties and flame retardant properties of the composites was mainly investigated.The results show that the addition of HGM can effectively improve the dimensional stability,thermal stability,combustion oxygen index,glow wire ignition temperature(GWIT)and creepage tracking index(CTI)of PA66/GF25/HGM composites.When the optimal addition of HGM is about 8%,the introduction of HGM can effectively reduce the density and dielectric constant of the composites,and has little effect on the impact performance of the material.The particle size is smaller and the compressive strength of HGM is higher,the mechanical properties of the composites could be better,and the effect of reducing density and dielectric constant is more obvious.
