摘要
乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,人才振兴是乡村振兴的关键和重要支撑。供给和需求的不匹配、不协调和不平衡是乡村人才突出的结构性问题。做好乡村人才的需求侧管理和供给侧改革,促进供给和需求的合理匹配、协调平衡,是实现乡村人才振兴的根本途径。
The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment which has been made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Talent revitalization is the key and important support for rural revitalization.The mismatch,discordance and ill-balance between supply and demand is a prominent structural problem in rural talent work.Handling well the demand side management and supply side reform to promote the rational matching and well-coordinated balance between the supply and the demand is a fundamental to rural talent revitalization.
