摘要
为研究带肋方钢管混凝土中长柱轴压力学性能,以长细比,宽厚比,加劲肋高厚比为试验参数,进行了轴压试验研究。并且运用了正交试验法分析了长细比,宽厚比,加劲肋高厚比对带肋方钢管混凝土中长柱承载力的影响。研究结果表明:普通方钢管混凝土试件在达到承载力之前即发生鼓曲,达到承载力后鼓曲迅速增大导致焊缝开裂试件破坏,钢管混凝土的有效约束未能充分利用。设置加劲肋后方钢管混凝土中长柱的受力性能得到明显改善,钢管壁的局部鼓曲得以延缓,材料强度得到了充分利用,试件承载力提高,同时中长柱受长细比影响的轴心受压稳定系数得到提高,提高了中长柱的承载力。正交设计分析结表明果宽厚比对中长柱的承载力影响最为显著,宽厚比越大,承载力明显降低。加劲肋的高厚比和长细比对承载力也有一定影响。
In order to research the mechanical behavior of concrete filled stiffened square steel tubular middle long column under axial compression,the axial compressive tests were carried out with length-fineness ratio,width-thickness ratio and height-thickness ratio of stiffeners as experimental parameters.The influence of aspect ratio,width and thickness ratio and the ratio of height to thickness of stiffeners on concrete filled stiffened square steel tubular middle long column bearing capacity is analyzed by orthogonal test.the result of research shows that The ordinary square concrete-filled steel tubular column specimen is subject to bulging before it reaches the bearing capacity,which increases rapidly after reaching the bearing capacity,leading to the failure of the specimen with weld crack,and the effective constraint of concrete-filled steel tubular column fails to be fully utilized.The mechanical properties of concrete square steel tubular middle long columns with stiffeners were obviously improved,the local bulging of steel tube wall was delayed,the material strength was fully utilized,and the bearing capacity of specimens was improved.The stability coefficient of axial compression of middle long columns affected by slenderness ratio is improved,and the bearing capacity of middle long columns is improved.The analysis of orthogonal design shows that the bearing capacity of middle long columns is most affected by the ratio of width to thickness.The bearing capacity of stiffeners is also affected by the ratio of height to thickness and the ratio of length to fineness.
