摘要
为提高夏季大乔木栽植一次成活率,依托沣河良家滩防洪工程,经现场调查、头脑风暴、因果分析后,运用排列图、关联图、饼分图等数据统计工具进行研究,结果发现技术交底不彻底是导致大乔木成活率低的要因。在确定其要因的基础上制定对策,建立了大乔木栽植BIM模型,制作出涵盖大乔木信息和BIM模型的二维码,通过信息化技术交底,将夏季大乔木栽植成活率由原来的90%提高到97%,减少了施工成本,提高了项目利润,对类似项目具有借鉴意义。
In order to improve the survival rate of planting megaphanecophyte in summer,relying on the flood control project of Liangjiatan in Fenghe River,after field investigation,brainstorming and causal analysis,the data statistics tools such as diagram,correlation diagram and pie chart were used to study.It was found that incomplete technical disclosure was the main reason for the low survival rate of megaphanecophyte.On the basis of determining its causes,the countermeasures were formulated,the BIM model of megaphanecophyte planting was established,and the two-dimensional code covering megaphanecophyte information and BIM model was made.Through information technology disclosure,the survival rate of megaphanecophyte planting in summer was increased from 90%to 97%,which reduced the construction cost and improved the project profit,and provided reference for similar projects.
