摘要
随着电子制造业的发展和生产技术的不断提高,AOI在电子产品的检测上已得到广泛使用,为满足生产需求,需在现有的单机式AOI基础上优化,通过集控式AOI实现一人多机的操作模式、大数据分析、条码追溯、防错防混来了解生产过程和状况,同时为调整生产过程和工艺提供必要的基础。
With the development of electronic manufacturing industry and continuous improvement of production technology,AOI has been widely used in the detection of electronic products,in order to meet the production demand,need to be optimized on the basis of the existing stand-alone AOI,through the centralized AOI to achieve oneperson machine operation mode big data analysis,bar code traceability,error prevention to understand the production process and situation,at the same time to adjust the production process and provide the necessary foundation.
