摘要
目的:运用德尔菲法,分析肺结节中医证候专家问卷,总结其证候及症状分布,为下一步临床调查提供依据。方法:基于德尔菲法,结合近20年肺结节中医证候及症状分布相关文献,制定专家问卷,采用信函法进行专家咨询,分析专家的积极系数、专家意见的集中程度、协调程度及专家的权威程度。结果:有效问卷共回收27份。专家积极系数为96.4%,权威系数为0.86,协调系数为0.352(χ^2=460.23,P=0.001)。肺结节证候有寒痰阻肺证、痰热壅肺证、痰湿蕴肺证、痰瘀阻肺证、血瘀证、肺气虚证、肺气阴两虚证、肺脾气虚证、肝郁气滞证、肺肾气虚证,并对其证候特征作了分析。结论:本研究初步总结肺结节中医证候分布及特征,为肺结节中医证候临床调查研究及诊断标准的建立提供依据。
Objective:To use the Delphi method to analyze the questionnaires of TCM syndromes of pulmonary nodules,summarize the distribution of syndromes and symptoms,and provide a basis for the next clinical investigation.Methods:Based on the Delphi method,combined with the literature on the distribution of TCM syndromes and symptoms of pulmonary nodules in the past 20 years,an expert questionnaire was developed,and the letter method was used for expert consultation,and the positive coefficient of experts,the concentration of expert opinions,the degree of coordination and experts were analyzed Degree of authority.Results:A total of 27 valid questionnaires were collected.The expert positive coefficient is 96.4%,the authority coefficient is 0.86,and the coordination coefficient is 0.352(χ^2=460.23,P=0.001).The syndromes of lung nodules include the followings:cold Phlegm obstructing Lung syndrome,Phlegm-heat obstructing Lung syndrome,Phlegm-dampness accumulating lung syndrome,Phlegm-stasis obstructing Lung syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,lung qi deficiency syndrome,lung qi and yin deficiency syndrome,Lung and Spleen Qi deficiency syndrome,syndrome of stagnation of Liver Qi and Qi deficiency of Lung and Kidney,the characteristics of which are analyzed.Conclusion:This study preliminarily summarizes the distribution and characteristics of TCM syndromes of pulmonary nodules,and provides a basis for clinical investigation and research of TCM syndromes of pulmonary nodules and the establishment of diagnostic criteria.
