结构-内容视角下的学科领域主题演化分析——以肺癌靶向药物领域为例 被引量:4

Topic Evolution Analysis of Subject Domain from the Perspective of Structure-Content:A Case Study of Targeted Drugs for Lung Cancer

摘要 梳理学科领域主题的发展动态与研究脉络,揭示学科领域的主题演化规律与特征,对学科的发展具有重要意义。以生命周期理论为基础,以主题词为表征,从网络结构演变特征和主题内容演变角度,对肺癌靶向药物领域不同生命周期阶段进行主题演化分析,全面深入揭示该领域发展的特征和规律。结果表明,在共词网络结构演变中,网络整体随阶段不同存在差异;在主题内容演变方面,研究主题主要体现出持续型、新生型、分化型、弱化型四种形式,靶向药物联合传统治疗方法是肺癌的主要治疗方案,治疗方案及治疗效果将持续成为研究热点,靶向药物的耐药性及耐药机制、新一代靶向药物的应用和免疫治疗的研究在后期受关注程度升高、研究地位上升,将成为有发展潜力的研究主题。 It is of great significance for the development of disciplines to sort out the development trends and research veins of subjects and reveal the evolution laws and characteristics of subjects in the field of disciplines.Based on life cycle theory and subject words,this paper analyzed the theme evolution in different life cycle stages of lung cancer targeting drug field from the perspective of network structure evolution characteristics and subject content evolution,and revealed the characteristics and rules of development in this field in an all-round and in-depth way.The experimental results in the field of lung cancer targeting drugs show that in the evolution of the Co-word network structure,the whole network varies with different stages;in the evolution of the subject content,the research topics mainly embody the four forms of"persistent","new","weakened"and"differentiated".Targeted drugs combined with traditional therapies are the main therapies for lung cancer.Therapeutic schemes and therapeutic effects will continue to be a research hotspot.Drug resistance and drug resistance mechanism of targeted drugs,application of new generation of targeted drugs and research status of immunotherapy will rise in the later stage,which will have potential for development.Research topics.
