摘要
食品工程原理实验教学是工程原理教学的重要组成部分,在食品科学与工程等专业的实践教学中占重要作用。本文主要剖析了食品工程原理实验教学普遍存在的四个问题,并针对这些问题进行系列教学改革与探索,具体措施有:引入微课课堂,增强学习效果、实际教学与虚拟仿真教学相结合、跳出传统实验格局,增加综合性实验、引入学生创新课题内容,切入毕业论文设计,这对提高课堂实验教学质量、培养应用型实践创新人才具有重要意义。
The experimental teaching of food engineering principles is an important part of the teaching of engineering principles,and it plays an important role in the practical teaching of food science and engineering.Four problems existing in the experimental teaching of food engineering principles were mainly analyzed.In response to these problems,a series of teaching reforms and explorations were carried out.Specific measures included:introducing micro-class classrooms to enhance learning effects;combining actual teaching with virtual simulation teaching;jumping out of the traditional experimental pattern;adding comprehensive experiments,introducing students'innovative topics and cutting into the design of graduation.This is of great significance for improving the quality of classroom experiment teaching and cultivating applied practical innovative talents.
