摘要
中空内模金属网水泥内隔墙简称良固墙,它是用金属网片作为墙体内部结构,用水泥砂浆覆盖其表面的一种可免拆式内模板墙。中空内膜金属网是应用冷轧钢制成的,经过滚压加工,形成中空内模的骨架。良固墙不但继承了传统砖墙的优点,同时对其进行了完善,弥补了传统墙体隔音差、施工周期长、极易产生裂缝等问题,让隔墙的施工技术质量得到了良好发展。基于此,本文对其施工技术进行了探讨,以期为中空内模金属网水泥内隔墙施工技术的发展提供参考。
Hollow internal formwork metal mesh cement internal partition wall is referred to as good fixed wall.It is a kind of non demolition internal formwork wall which uses metal mesh as the internal structure of the wall and covers its surface with cement mortar.The hollow inner membrane metal mesh is made of cold-rolled steel and rolled to form the framework of the hollow internal mold.Good fixed wall not only inherits the advantages of traditional brick wall,but also improves it,making up for the characteristics of poor sound insulation,long construction period and easy to produce cracks,so that the construction technology quality of partition wall has been developed.Therefore,this paper discusses its construction technology,hoping to provide some reference for the development of hollow internal formwork metal mesh cement internal partition wall construction technology.
