摘要
目的了解中青年慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者恐惧疾病进展(FoP)现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、中文版恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)、简易疾病感知问卷(Brief-IPQ)及领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对150例中青年CKD患者进行调查。结果中青年CKD患者FoP总分为(38.17±6.93)分,疾病感知和领悟社会支持得分分别为(53.63±11.02)、(59.48±8.69)分。多重线性回归分析显示,工作状况、疾病分期、疾病感知和社会支持是FoP的影响因素。结论中青年CKD患者FoP水平较高,医护人员应及早开展临床筛查,降低负性疾病感知,提高患者社会支持,以期缓解FoP水平。
Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of the fear of progression(FoP)in young and middle-aged patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods A total of 150 young and middle-aged CKD patients were investigated by fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF),brief illness perception questionnaire(Brief-IPQ)and perceived social support scale(PSSS).Results The total score of FoP-Q-SF among CKD patients was 38.17±6.93,and the score of Brief-IPQ and PSSS was 53.63±11.02 and 59.48±8.69 separately.The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that work status,disease stage,social support and disease perception were the influencing factors of FoP.Conclusion Young and middle-aged patients with CKD have higher levels of FoP.Medical staff should carry out clinical screening as early as possible to reduce negative disease perception and improve patients’social support in order to alleviate the FoP level.
