摘要
以安徽金安矿业铁精粉为研究对象进行制备超纯铁精粉的试验研究,首先对原料的粒度分布、元素成分、物相组成、矿物赋存状态等进行了系统的研究,然后讨论了磨矿时间、磁场强度等因素对磁选效果的影响,以及捕收剂、抑制剂用量等因素对反浮选效果的影响。在上述研究基础上,进行了粗细分级-两段细磨磁选-磁选铁精矿再磨-反浮选组合流程的试验研究,通过采用该流程,可获得TFe品位为72.14%,SiO2含量为0.18%的超纯铁精粉。
The experimental study on the preparation of ultrapure iron concentrate powder was carried out with Jin’an iron concentrate powder as the research object.Firstly,the particle size distribution,element composition,phase composition and mineral occurrence state of raw materials were studied systematically.Then the effect of grinding time and magnetic field intensity on magnetic separation,as well as the effect of collector and depressant dosage on reverse flotation were discussed.On the basis of the above research,the combined process of coarse and fine classification-two-stage fine grinding-magnetic separation-regrinding of iron concentrate from magnetic separation-reverse flotation has been carried out.The ultrapure iron powder with total Fe of 72.14%and SiO2 content of 0.18%can be obtained by using this process.
