摘要
以人为本的和谐社会使设计的民主化应运而生,公众参与社区微更新作为一种创新治理方式,借由公民的充分参与来处理空间与社会的议题。以四叶草堂在上海市杨浦创智片区政立路580弄社区的实践为案例,通过实地调研、文献研究、深度访谈等研究方法,从政策制度、平台构建、自组织培育角度来分析公众参与社区微更新的实现途径,并论述参与进程各阶段的主体内容、参与方式与获得成效。进而总结老旧社区微更新的公众参与模式,厘清如何通过公众参与实现老旧小区的绿色自治,并促进整个创智片区的睦邻建设。为推动中国公众参与社区治理提供参考。
A people-oriented harmonious society has brought about the democratization of design.Public participation in community micro-renewal is an innovative community governance method,featuring full participation of citizens to address spatial and social issues.Citing the practice of Clover Nature School,Lane 580 Community,Zhengli Road,Chuangzhi Sub-District in Shanghai,this research,through field survey,literature research and interviews,analyzes the approaches of public participation in community microrenewal from the perspective of policy system,participation channels,and self-governance.It discusses participants,methods and achievements at all stages.Then it analyzes the public participation model,clarifies how to achieve green autonomy in old communities with public participation,and promotes the establishment of good-neighborliness in the entire Chuangzhi Sub-District,to provide reference for promoting public participation in community governance in China.
