摘要
本文围绕煤矿机电设备现场运行及维护保养,通过对设备点巡检、保养、检修、检测检验、运行监测、缺陷故障管理等业务的信息化管理以及与ERP的无缝融合,实现机电设备相关业务协同管理、规范设备运行维护;通过维保经验在知识库中的积累和分享,减少因人员变动造成的经验流失,实现数据驱动下的设备运行维护闭环管理,提高设备利用率、减少故障,确保设备安全、受控运行。
This article focuses on the field operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment for coal mines.Through the information-based management of equipment spot and tour inspection,maintenance,overhaul,testing and inspection,operation monitoring,defect and fault management,etc,and seamless inte⁃gration with ERP,realize the collaborative management of electromechanical equipment related business and standardize equipment operation and maintenance;through the accumulation and sharing of maintenance expe⁃rience in the knowledge base,reduce experience loss caused by personnel changes,realize the closed-loop management of equipment operating maintenance driven by data,improve the utilization rate of equipment,reduce failures,and ensure the safe and controlled operation of equipment.
