摘要
目的探讨开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月~2019年6月本院收治的58例口腔颌面部囊肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各29例。对照组实施常规囊肿刮治术,研究组实施开窗减压术,比较两组的手术情况、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果研究组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率(96.55%)高于对照组(72.41%)(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率(13.79%)低于对照组(41.38%)(P<0.05)。结论开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿的效果确切,手术时间短、术中出血量少,同时并发症少,治疗效果理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fenestration decompression in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts.Methods A total of 58 patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,29 cases in each group.The control group received routine cyst curettage,while the study group received fenestration decompression.The operation condition,treatment effect and the incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the study group was 13.79%,which was lower than 41.38%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fenestration decompression is effective in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts,with short operation time and less intraoperative hemorrhage.At the same time,the complications are few and the therapeutic effect is ideal.
