摘要
对1例多发性内分泌腺瘤病1型(multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1,MEN1)合并低血糖昏迷的患者进行临床回顾性分析。患者,女性,43岁,以反复低血糖为主要症状就诊,辅助检查提示胰岛细胞瘤、垂体瘤、甲状旁腺功能亢进、肾上腺结节,临床诊断为MEN1。
A clinical retrospective analysis of a case with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1(MEN1)with hypoglycemia coma.A 43-year-old female,presented with repeated severe hypoglycemia as the main symptom.The laboratory examinations revealed insulinoma,pituitary adenoma,hyperparathyroidism,and adrenal nodules.The clinical diagnosis was MEN1.
