摘要
由高温氧化锆氧探头Oxyfire组成的在线氧分析仪具有响应时间快、精度高、可24 h连续检测、免维护等特点,用于窑炉上脱硝处理。通过氧分析仪得到的时时数据可以跟踪窑炉燃烧的残氧量,合理调整燃烧制度,提前调整燃烧配比,从而实现节约能源,提前干预废气脱硝处理。
The Oxyfire high temperature zirconia oxygen system can be used to guide furnace denitration because of its fast response time,high precision,24 h continuous detection and maintenance free etc.The Oxyfire high temperature zirconia oxygen analyer is used to monitor and control the excess oxygen concentration.Therefore,energy saving is realized and denitration is intervened in advance.
