摘要
装备在役考核是一项全新的装备试验类型,研究其考核指标体系和评价对于提高装备在役服务质量具有重要作用。采用文献综述和问卷调查方法研究了陆军主战装备在役考核指标体系,建立了基于改进优序图法赋值和赋值差异修正相结合的指标权重计算模型,通过实例分析,该方法可行,分析结果可信,得出了各级指标的影响关系。
Equipment in-service assessment is a brand-new equipment test type.Studying its evaluation indicators system and evaluation plays an important role in improving the quality of equipment in-service services.Using literature review and questionnaire survey methods,the army's main battle equipment in-service assessment indicators system is studied,and an indicators weight calculation model based on the combination of improved precedence-chart method assignment and assignment difference correction is established.Through case analysis,the method is feasible and analyzed.The result is credible,and the influence relationship of indicators at all levels is obtained.
