摘要
针对建筑高性能结构钢Q460GJC焊接的要求,研究了适合其机器人焊接的金属粉芯焊丝。该焊丝具有优良的送丝稳定性,熔滴从短路过渡向喷射过渡转变的临界电流为210~220 A,且焊后无需清理。焊丝熔敷金属由针状铁素体和贝氏体形成,拉伸断口由均匀的韧窝组成,冲击断口呈准解理断裂特征,并存在大量短而弯曲的撕裂棱;熔敷金属的抗拉强度为650 MPa,屈服强度为535 MPa,延伸率为25%,在20^-60℃温度范围内,冲击功大于150 J,扩散氢含量不高于4.0 mL/(100 g),符合T554T15-1M21AN2UH5焊丝型号的技术要求,适用于重要建筑钢结构中Q460GJC钢的机器人焊接。
It’s necessary to apply the technique of robot intelligent welding to steel structure industry.In this paper,the metal powder-cored wire for robot welding of building high-performance structural steel Q460GJC was researched.The wire has excellent wire-feeding stability.The critical current of droplet transition from short-circuit transition to spray transition is 210~220 A without cleaning after welding.Its deposited metal is formed by acicular ferrite and bainite.Its tensile fracture is composed of uniform dimple,and the impact fracture has the characteristic of quasi cleavage with a lot of short and curved tearing edges.The tensile strength of deposited metal is 650 MPa,the yield strength is 535 MPa and the elongation is 25%.And its impact energy is above 150 J at the temperature range from 20℃to-60℃.The diffusible hydrogen is not more than 4.0 mL/100 g.Therefore,the metal powder-cored wire meets the technical requirements of T554T15-1M21AN2UH5,and it is suitable for robot welding of Q460GJC steel used in the important building steel structure.
