摘要 为探究水分与肥料耦合对龙川江流域早植烤烟红花大金元的生长、产量以及品质影响,设计9个不同水分含量的盆栽试验,对土壤养分、土层温度、根系活力、烟叶SPAD、烟叶化学成分、经济效益进行分析.结果表明,团棵期和成熟期各处理土壤综合肥力指数评价等级均属于一级;土层日均温度从大到小依次为15 cm,10 cm,5 cm,月平均活动积温分别为627.03℃,624.63℃和621.00℃;处理C4的烟叶光合作用最强,且上部烟叶化学成分含量优于其他处理;处理C4的产值最高,每667 m 2可达3387.65元.综上,处理C4对烤烟生长、产量、品质的影响最优.本研究结果可为龙川江流域红花大金元的种植提供理论依据. In order to explore the effects of water-fertilizer coupling on the growth,yield and quality of early-planted flue-cured tobacco(cv.Hongda)in the Longchuan River Basin,a pot experiment with 9 different water contents was made,and soil nutrients,soil temperature,root vitality,tobacco SPAD,chemical composition and economic benefits of tobacco leaves were measured.The results showed that the soil comprehensive fertility index evaluation grades of each treatment at the rosette stage and the maturity stage were all at the first level;the daily average temperature at the soil layers was 15 cm>10 cm>5 cm,and the monthly average active accumulated temperature were 627.03℃,624.63℃and 621℃respectively.Tobacco leaves in treatment C4 had the strongest photosynthesis,and the chemical composition content of upper tobacco leaves was better than other treatments.The output value of treatment C4 was the highest(3387.65 yuan/mu,15 mu=1 ha).In summary,treatment C4 has the best effect on growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
