摘要
孔薇教授认为慢性尿酸性肾病病机以脾肾两虚为本、湿瘀痰阻为标,治疗需以益肾化瘀、利湿泄浊为法,在指导患者饮食调摄的基础上,配合药物治疗。用药注意固护脾肾,强调治虚以平补,祛邪以平泻,常在补肾基础上加用通腑泄浊之品,对痰瘀严重者加用藤类药以活血和络、化瘀消癥。列举验案1则以说明疗效。
Professor KONG Wei believes that the principal pathogenesis of chronic uric acid nephropathy is the deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the secondary is the accumulation of dampness,blood stasis and phlegm.Therefore,treatments of the disease should focus on invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis,as well as eliminating dampness and discharging turbidity.Medical treatments should be given on the basis of teaching patients to modify their diet.On choosing medicinals,Professor KONG pays attention to strengthening and protecting spleen and kidney,treating deficiency with neutral reinforcement,and eliminating pathogen with neutral reduction.She often adds bowels-relaxing and turbidity-discharging medicinals to kidney-reinforcing prescriptions.For patients with severe phlegm and blood stasis,she adds rattan medicinals to promote blood circulation and dredge collateral,and to resolve blood stasis and eliminate mass.A successfully-treated case was described to illustrate the curative effect.
