摘要
该文依据2014—2019年桂林理工大学环境科学与工程学院硕士研究生的就业数据调查,从毕业去向、就业结构、就业质量三个方面分析了该校研究生的就业情况。数据显示:近6年,该校硕士研究生的就业落实情况较好,年均初次就业率为95.80%;多数毕业生愿意留在广西就业,但近6年在广西本地就业的人数占比逐年下降;水利、环境和公共设施管理行业的就业人数占比最高(60.20%),专业契合度较高;研究生就业的工作类型较为集中,大部分研究生从事工程技术工作,占比83.06%;从就业质量上看,女生月薪略高于男生,学术型硕士研究生略高于专业型硕士研究生。
Based on the employment data of graduate students from 2014 to 2019 in College of Environmental Science and Engineering,Guilin University of Technology(GUT),the employment situation of graduate students was analyzed from three aspects:employment quality,employment area,and employment structure.The employment for graduate students has been well implemented in the past six years,with an average annual initial employment rate of 95.80%.Most graduate students were willing to stay in Guangxi for employment.However,the proportion of graduate students employed in Guangxi had been decreased year by year.The highest proportion of employment was the industry of water conservancy,environment and public facilities management,accounting for 60.20%.The types of graduate students'employment are relatively concentrated,and they are mainly engaged in engineering and technical work,accounting for 83.06%.In terms of employment quality,the monthly salary of female students was higher than that of male students,and that of academic graduate students was higher than that of professional graduate students.
