摘要
目的:观察益气温阳方联合中医定向透药应用于慢性心力衰竭患者心脏康复的临床疗效。方法:将2018年12月~2019年12月接受治疗的慢性心衰患者40例随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组给予标准化抗心衰治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气温阳方联合中医定向透药治疗。对比两组治疗前后临床症状积分、血浆B型利钠肽水平、心功能疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组心功能改善总有效率为45.00%,明显高于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组临床症状积分、血浆B型利钠肽水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组临床症状积分、血浆B型利钠肽水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:采用益气温阳方联合中医定向透药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效显著,能够改善患者临床症状,提高患者心功能,安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yiqiwenyang decoction combined with traditional chinese medicine directed drug penetration on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:40 Patients with chronic heart failure who received treatment from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group randomly,20 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group were treated by conventional western medicine together with Yiqiwenyang decoction combined with traditional chinese penetration directed drug medication.Compare the scores of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,plasma BNP levels,cardiac function efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency rate of cardiac function improvement was 45.00%in the observation group,and higher than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores and plasma BNP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the clinical symptom scores and plasma BNP level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Yiqiwenyang decoction combined with traditional chinese penetration directed drug medication could show a good effect on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with chronic heart failure,and also improve the symptoms and the heart function of patients with high safety.
