摘要
目的探讨左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫患儿对其脑电图及认知功能的影响。方法抽取2018年10月至2019年12月许昌市中心医院收治的110例癫痫患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组55例。研究组予以左乙拉西坦、奥卡西平联合治疗,对照组给予奥卡西平治疗。记录两组治疗后脑电图改善效果及认知功能相关指标变化情况。结果治疗后,研究组脑电图改善总有效率为96.36%(53/55),高于对照组的76.36%(42/55),P<0.05。治疗前,两组韦氏儿童智力量表第四版(WISC-IV)中文版评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组WISC-IV中文版评分均较治疗前提高,且研究组WISC-IV中文版评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫患儿效果显著,有利于改善患儿脑电图及认知功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine on the electroencephalogram and cognitive function in children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 110 children with epilepsy admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 55 cases in each group.The study group was treated with levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine,while the control group was treated with oxcarbazepine.The improvement effects of electroencephalogram,changes of cognitive function related indexes of the two groups were recorded after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of electroencephalogram improvement in the study group was 96.36%(53/55),higher than the 76.36%(42/55)in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Forth Edition(WISC-IV)Chinese version between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,WISC-IV Chinese version scores in both groups increased,and score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine has a significant effect on children with epilepsy,which is beneficial to improving the immune function,electroencephalogram and cognitive function of children.
