高温粘稠介质用双向密封浮动球阀

摘要 介绍了化工装置渣油、重油、蜡油及汽油脱硫等工艺处理特点。针对浮动球阀使用中出现的泄漏问题,对现有的结构进行了分析,并给出了一种结构改进的方案,且对工艺控制进行了阐述,同时对高温粘稠介质工况用阀门的选型及其适用性进行了说明。 Introduced the characteristic of chemical plant. In viewof the leakage problem in the use of floating ball valve,analyzed the existing structure,the process technology is also described. At the same time,the applicability of valve selection under working conditions is given.
