摘要
采用共混改性工艺路线和在线匀质添加技术,按6.5%的比例添加特黑功能母粒,研制了特黑140 dtex/144 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)。通过对切片和母粒的干燥工艺、纺丝组件和油嘴选型、冷却条件、网络压力等纺丝工艺条件进行探究,确定了特黑140 dtex/144 f涤纶POY的最佳制备工艺,制得的产品综合性能良好,并得到下游客户的认可。
The blend modification process and online homogenizing technology were used to prepare the extra black 140 dtex/144 f polyester partially oriented yarn(POY)by adding the extra black functional masterbatch at a ratio of 6.5%.The optimum preparation technology of 140 dtex/144 f polyester POY was determined by exploring the drying technology of slicer and masterbatch,spinneret pack and nozzle selection,cooling conditions,interlaced pressure and other spinning technology conditions.The product obtained had good comprehensive performance and had been recognized by the downstream customers.
