摘要
利用金相显微镜、电镜等检测手段,分析了屈服强度700 MPa级汽车厢体钢和搅拌罐钢烂边缺陷的原因。认为铸坯自身存在的微裂纹、夹杂和孔洞且在轧制过程中未轧合是导致带钢烂边的主要原因。通过提高钢水纯净度、控制过热度在10~25℃、保证钢包透气性、恒拉速浇铸、加密检验批次、及时火焰清边处理等措施,所生产的高强热轧带钢未出现烂边缺陷。
The causes of edge erosion of 700 MPa automobile body steel and mixing tank steel were analyzed by means of microscope and SEM.It is considered that the main causes of strip edge erosion are the existence of micro cracks,inclusions and holes in the slab itself and not entire rolling during the rolling process.By improving the molten steel purity,controlling the superheat at 10~25℃,ensuring the air permeability of ladle,casting at constant casting speed,densifying inspection batches,and timely flame edge cleaning,the high-strength hot-rolled strip has no edge erosion.
