桥面铺装层间剪应力技术指标多维度分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过建立ABAQUS有限元力学模型分析了水泥混凝土桥面铺装层间剪应力的影响因素,结合室内试验研究,确定了层间防水粘结层的技术指标。结果表明,超载、车速、沥青层厚度、水平力系数及纵坡坡度等因素对桥面铺装的层间剪应力都有着相当显著的影响,而防水层自身厚度对层间剪应力的影响微乎其微;综合考虑各种影响因素并结合实际情况,防水粘结层的抗剪强度应至少达到0.3 MPa以上,对于纵坡较大超载现象较严重的地区,层间剪应力应达到0.6 MPa以上。 The finite element mechanics ABAQUS model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the interlayer shear stress of cement concrete bridge deck pavement.Combined with laboratory tests,the technical indicators of the interlayer waterproof adhesive layer were determined.The results show that factors such as overload,vehicle speed,asphalt layer thickness,horizontal force coefficient,and longitudinal slope all have significant influence on the interlayer shear stress of bridge deck,but the waterproof layer thickness on interlayer shear stress is negligible.Considering all kinds of influencing factors and combining with the actual situation,the shear strength of the waterproof bonding layer should reach at least 0.3 MPa and above,and the inter-layer shear stress should reach more than 0.6 MPa for areas with large longitudinal slope and more serious overload.
