摘要 针对100%低地板轻轨车辆的结构特点,结合此类车型目前尚无预测技术应用的实际问题,从车辆的角度出发,说明故障预测与健康管理系统对100%低地板轻轨车辆的重要作用,总结系统的体系结构分类,并对系统的结构及功能进行具体分析,阐明其架构层次、工作原理及技术特点,以100%低地板轻轨车辆的空调子系统为例,对车辆故障预测与健康管理方案进行了详细设计,包括子系统数据处理、传感器选型、接口设计和车辆级系统方案设计,为未来故障预测与健康管理技术在100%低地板轻轨车辆中的实际应用提供理论基础、要求和设计参考. Based on the structural feature of 100%low floor light rail vehicles and combined with there is no predictive technology problem with this type of vehicle,this paper explains the important role of prognostics and health management system for 100%low floor light rail vehicles from the point of vehicle.The classification of system architecture is summarized,and the structure and function of the system are researched in detail.Taking the air-conditioning subsystem of 100%low-floor light rail vehicle as an example,the detailed design of the vehicle prognostics and health management scheme is carried out,including the subsystem data processing,sensor selection,interface design and vehicle level system scheme design.The aim is to provide theoretical basis,requirements and design reference for the future application of prognostics and health management technology in 100%low floor light rail vehicles.
